The Branch Sales Manager will oversee the profitable growth of IDI sales, foster and maintain business relationships, and drive sales and profitability for the branch. The role involves developing and training a cohesive team and ensuring the branch operates efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven results in the sale of building materials
- Ability to develop new business
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals
- Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
- Strategic planning, sales management, negotiation, and vendor management experience
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented
- Ability to focus on individual and team goals
- Travel: Ability to travel less than 10% of the time
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related experience
- 5+ years in sales, with a preference for experience in insulation or building materials
