Office Coordinator Madrid

Insulet is looking for an Office Coordinator to provide administration support to the Spanish team. The job holder will be responsible for preparing purchase orders, invoicing, and managing meeting details.

Requirements

• Relevant administration support/ similar role
• Tecnico Superior qualification or equivalent
• Experience supporting teams preferred
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects at any given time
• Fluent in English and Spanish both spoken and written
