ICBC is seeking a Change Management Specialist to help guide service delivery division through organizational change related to multiple initiatives. The role will support senior leaders in planning, sequencing, and implementing change initiatives, and work with the Senior Change Management Specialist to deliver corporate and people strategy change initiatives.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or Organizational Behaviour.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience leading multiple organizational change initiatives with a proven ability to manage end-to-end change processes from strategy through to implementation and sustainment.
- Professional designation or certification in change management (e.g. CCMP, CMC, Prosci) is an asset.
