Job Description
The Change Management Specialist ensures a smooth transition of up and coming projects and organizational changes by managing the impacts of the change, promoting collaboration between departments, and aligning outcomes with operational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of change management, organizational development, or project management, implementing change initiatives in a corporate environment
- Certificate in Change Management or Change Practitioner Certification is required
