Requirements

• Paralegal certificate, diploma, or degree from a recognized institution
• Several years' experience drafting and advising on contracts on a day-to-day basis
• Strong familiarity with information technology and privacy agreements
• Solid understanding of contract structuring approaches
• Ability to write and communicate complex concepts in a simple manner
• Solution oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving business objectives
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with tight deadlines
