Job Description
We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. You will create and nurture strategic and influential partnerships with operational managers to ensure the success of their departmental people related plans and approaches.
Requirements
- Post-secondary credentials in a related field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge and experience with full HR spectrum and best practices
- Experience supporting diverse workforce
- Ability to collect, analyze and diagnose high impactful HR data
- Experience with program development and implementation
