Senior Operations Specialist (Hybrid or Remote)

As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will work directly with field and corporate management to translate business strategies and requirements into focused business processes. You will also provide proactive analysis of transactional, policy and premium data to identify trends in service and/or premium plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5-7 years of related insurance or specialty lines experience
• Professional insurance designation is preferred (AICPCU, RPLU)
