Job Description
The ServiceNow Talent Sourcer will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of ServiceNow professionals to support Intact’s consulting engagements, and conducting initial candidate screenings to assess technical qualifications and consulting fit.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience focused on ServiceNow talent
- 2+ years experience sourcing cleared candidates (TS/SCI) and/or supporting federal contract hiring environments
- Experience conducting technical and behavioral phone screenings
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and certification paths
- Experience supporting consulting, professional services, or systems integrator environments
- Experience sourcing cleared candidates or working within federal hiring environments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
