We are looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for our growing team! You will be responsible for managing expense reports, providing support to the SVP/CMO, and planning team meetings. This is a full-time permanent position based in Montreal, QC.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of Administrative Assistant experience working in a large organization
- Advanced level of knowledge of the Office suite and calendar management
- Bilingualism (French/English) – required to interact regularly with colleagues across the country
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and French is a must
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Great sense of initiative
