Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and/or change management
- Curious in nature; the ability to dive deep into complex problems and concepts
- Problem solving and persuasion skills to overcome resistance to change
- Experience in the implementation of complex and large projects, exhibiting strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong initiative with an accountability to execute on deliverables (under tight deadlines)
