Claims Adjuster I, Casualty

We're looking for a Claims Adjuster I, Casualty, to join our growing team! As a Claims Adjuster I, Casualty, you will be responsible for investigating and settling insurance claims to ensure a prompt and fair settlement. You will provide quality service and ensure prompt and equitable settlement of claims in line with corporate policies and standards.

Requirements

• University degree or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role
• Prior insurance or legal experience/education preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
