Job Description
Our company is looking for a Directeur d'unité, Transporteur, Maritime et Litige to join our team in Laval, Montréal, Québec, Ottawa or St-Hyacinthe. The role involves leading a team that manages claims, supervising operations, and developing initiatives to support business strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in the insurance industry, with expertise in transportation, cargo, boat, contamination, bodily injury, and civil liability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry
- 5+ years of experience in claims, preferably in specialized insurance
- Master's degree in insurance or related field
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Leadership skills, including motivating and guiding employees to achieve results
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
- Project management and change management skills
