We are looking for an Intermediate or Senior Business Advisor to join our Strategy & Transformation team. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing business processes and operational effectiveness, driving efficient processes to deliver unmatched customer service, and promoting a continuous improvement culture within the organization.
Requirements
- At least 5 - 8 years of experience in consulting, analysis, management, or a comparable role
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is an asset
- Experience in the insurance sector; experience in claims is an asset
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including presenting, with the ability to translate complex data and concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Proven analytical skills, strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills: team player with a positive attitude, ability to build relationships, and to give and receive constructive feedback
- Hands-on experience in project management and change management; ability to solve problems and influence to overcome resistance to change
- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Process mapping skills (intermediate to advanced); value stream mapping is an asset
- STEM education (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) preferred
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
