Requirements
- Develop productive and engaged software development teams
- Manage projects by understanding business partner's strategies, priorities and challenges
- Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators
- Develop strategic requests and keep them up to date
- Build, direct and coordinate activities of multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain proficient knowledge of industry trends and technology innovation
- Collaborate with other Software Engineering Managers and Project Managers
