Senior IT Business Analyst, AI Engineering Team

Intact is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join their AI Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in IT as a senior business analyst and minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior BA or Product Owner in AI product development or mature agile environments. The role involves collaboration, documentation, agile processes, and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or any IT related education field
• Excellent knowledge of agile methodology
• Solid experience in AI product development projects
• Strong knowledge in AI, Data Science and LLM applications
• Comfortable with Jira, Teams, and Confluence tools
• Ability to deliver impactful presentations and facilitate workshops
• Facilitate daily scrums, planning, review meetings, and prioritization workshops
• Very good understanding of the technical aspects of design and development
• Proficiency in English is required; fluency in French is a plus
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
