Job Description
VIDIZMO is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join their team. The role involves using AI tools to support work outputs and ensuring AI-generated output meets quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, experience in Business/Systems Analysis, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Ability to independently take up new features and deliver User Stories
- Responsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs
- Ownership of final deliverables, regardless of AI assistance
- Ability to critically evaluate AI results and ensure they meet defined requirements
- Accountability for accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Ability to create MRDs and PRDs for the VIDIZMO products
- Ability to analyze, design and document product features
- Ability to evaluate VIDIZMO products and feature against competitors and market trends to meet market demands
- Ability to create and maintain Product Backlog and prioritize features with the help of Product Engineering leadership
- Ability to transform raw business requirements into User Stories and mockups
- Ability to assist the Product Engineering team in critical design decisions
- Ability to enable and support the Software Quality Assurance Team in Developing Test Scenarios and Test Cases
- Ability to perform Internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report any anomalies to the Product Engineering Team before the feature and user story is released
- Ability to create and maintain a Product Roadmap that serves as an input for the Product Engineering team for enhancing product features and capabilities
- Ability to take the responsibility for performing competitor analysis, how it fits into Vidizmo products and how it affects existing product areas
- Ability to lead the Product Development Lifecycle by collaborating across various teams such as sales, marketing, product engineering, customer success and capture their feedback as an input to the Product Development Lifecycle
