Job Description
Seeking a Branch Telecaller with fluency in English, ability to articulate clearly on the phone, and active listening skills to understand customer needs. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience in tele calling or customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Ability to articulate clearly and confidently on the phone
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide relevant information
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Marketing, Communication, or any relevant field)
- Experience in customer service or tele calling roles is an advantage
- Ability to convert inquiries into leads or consultations
- Knowledge of selling techniques and how to handle objections
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure lead nurturing and conversion
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with prospective students and their concerns
- Familiarity with CRM systems to track leads, manage follow-ups, and update status
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools (especially Excel) for reporting
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently
