Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resources operations within a factory and export processing environment.
Requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws, BOI regulations, and internal company standards.
