Requirements
- Ensure proper staffing at showrooms, van sales, and depots
- Oversee mobile tracking systems and audit field operations for compliance
- Conduct field visits to retail and wholesale locations
- Ensure all sales staff adhere to company policies and processes
- Maintain records on sales performance by individual, location, and area
- Prepare and validate sales and distribution incentives
- Monitor and approve travel, subsistence, and weekly expenses for field sales and support functions
- Address sales staff grievances and lead recruitment interviews
- Conduct regular visits to the Central Warehouse, Main Depots, and Regional Depots
- Represent the company in legal matters and organize employee recognition events
