Job Description
We are hiring a Manager- Talent & Organizational Development - Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resource management and 5-7 years of experience in a similar capacity. The role involves managing organizational manpower requirements, attracting and selecting talent, and ensuring retention of key talent. The candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration or human resource management from a reputed university
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in a similar capacity
- Hands-on experience in managing general/administrative HR processes
- Possessing a masters in business administration or in Human Resource Management would be an added advantage
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred but not required
