We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to deliver high-quality support, implementation, and management of customer network infrastructure in a dynamic Managed Services (MSP) environment.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Networking
3+ years experience in a Network Engineer or Network Support role (MSP experience is an advantage)
Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls, Cisco/Cisco Meraki networking, and Aruba/HP/Dell switching
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and switching
Experience with VPN, wireless, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting
Familiarity with ITIL/Service Desk processes and ticketing systems (ConnectWise preferred)
Relevant certifications are preferred: Fortinet FCP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Aruba/HP certifications, CompTIA Network+/Security+
