Job Description
We are looking for a Network Security Engineer to join a growing Managed Services team. The role involves providing end-to-end support across core network, wireless, and security platforms, configuring and maintaining network devices, and collaborating with customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience with routing/switching, wireless, firewalls, proxies, and load balancers
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls (certification preferred)
- Exposure to SD-WAN technologies (Fortinet, Juniper, VeloCloud) and authentication platforms
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, NetFlow, Wireshark)
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Relevant certifications (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, etc.) are highly valued
