Job Description
We are hiring a Payroll Executive to process monthly payroll, coordinate with authorities, and maintain employee records. The ideal candidate has a degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or Business Administration and 13 years of experience in payroll processing.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or Business Administration
- 13 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar function
- Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with payroll or HRIS software
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of Sri Lankan payroll processes and statutory requirements
