We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality across order management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- 2-4 years of QA experience in order management, deal execution, or BPO/KPO processes
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical ability
- Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or workflow tools preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong coaching and remedial skills to drive performance improvements
