Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, translate business needs into functional specifications, and support QA and UAT phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the IT industry
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with HR/recruitment lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, payroll) is an added advantage
• Previous experience in a software development role is a plus
