Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Colombo. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in Agile methodologies, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 9+ years of relevant experience across multiple domains (Apparel/Manufacturing background is a plus)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies; experience with JIRA is an advantage
