Job Description
Intapp is looking for a Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to join their team. The ideal candidate has US public company experience and can manage external reporting and technical accounting responsibilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting role, preferably including Big 4 background
- 3+ years in stock-based compensation accounting in a public company setting
- US CPA strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Netsuite, Shareworks, Workiva, or equivalent platforms
- Experience with ICFR framework and documentation requirements
