We are looking for a confident and intellectually curious Senior Deal Manager to lead engagement with strategic clients and partners on all contractual matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive contracting experience in the software, cloud, and professional services industry, with a deep understanding of key legal and commercial principles.
Requirements
- Deep practical experience of contract management in the IT and/or business services market
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong executive presence capabilities
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships internally/with client whilst working virtually
- Flexible, team player able to adapt your thinking/approach and with ability to balance process, compliance and risk management activities while ensuring the business is successful
- Nuanced and sophisticated client-facing skills, with ability to identify and negotiate a fair deal and manage difficult/tense situations
- Ability to influence different functions and geographies and build consensus at senior levels where lines of authority may not be direct, both inside and outside of the company
