We are seeking a Workday AMS Senior Certified Payroll Consultant to ensure successful deployment of Workday solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Payroll for US, Canada, or the UK product suite and experience in configuring and deploying Workday solutions.
Requirements
- Current active Workday Partner US, Canada, or UK Payroll Certification
- 4+ years implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Previous experience configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously a plus
