Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Workday Project Manager to ensure the successful completion of projects and work with clients to govern milestone deliverables. The role involves managing multiple projects, providing guidance to other project managers, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Requirements
- Current Workday Partner certification
- 5+ years' experience project managing Workday HCM, payroll or financial implementations
- Consulting experience
- Experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft
- Working knowledge of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Services procurement
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Business development skills
- Prior experience managing projects for US or European clients
- Previous service sales experience
