Team Lead

We are seeking a Team Lead to provide support to the manufacturing team in achieving its production goals and customer quality requirements. The successful candidate will have experience and proven capability in performing all the jobs in the area being supported, and will be responsible for monitoring and escalating issues, engaging the team, and driving continuous improvement.

• Associate degree in a Technical or Business-related field
• Experience and proven capability in performing all the jobs in the area being supported
