Job Description
Team Lead Subassembly AWES is responsible for providing support to the manufacturing team in achieving production goals and customer quality requirements. The role involves monitoring and escalating issues, engaging the team, and performing tasks to allow operators to focus on their main tasks.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED)
- Associate degree in a Technical or Business-related field, preferred
- Experience and proven capability in performing all the jobs in the area being supported
- Ability to motivate others
- Possess the spirit of teamwork and cooperation and the desire to lead
- Passion for excellence
- Action orientation
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Experience and comfort using computers
