Operations Supervisor (1st Shift)

Role Overview

Integr8staff seeks an ambitious and skilled Manufacturing Operations Supervisor with a manufacturing engineer background to ensure throughput targets are met in a safe, timely, quality, cost efficient and productive manner.

What You Will Do

Direct, manage and coordinate all activities related to the area to maximize productivity and minimize cost while achieving safety, quality and throughput targets.

4+ years Manufacturing experience, Supervisory experience leading teams to meet and exceed production goals, Process improvement experience is desirable (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. Degree required
• Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering Degrees highly preferred
• 4+ years Manufacturing experience (aerospace, defense, forging, machining preferred)
• Supervisory experience leading teams to meet and exceed production goals
• Process improvement experience is desirable (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)
• Performance management skills
• Analytical skills; personal accountability with strong organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of organization, especially with direct employees
• Solid, overall business acumen and a strong mindset for continuous improvement
• Intermediate use of MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and QAD; other productivity tools
