Role Overview

The Aerospace Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations and leading production teams within a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Supervise daily manufacturing and production operations, lead and support machining and complex assembly teams, monitor employee performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
• 5–8 years of leadership experience within aerospace or defense manufacturing environments
• Proven experience supervising machining and complex assembly operations
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ITAR, and DOD/MIL requirements
• Experience supporting production growth and high-volume manufacturing programs
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
