Minimum 2-7 years of experience managing Key Retail Accounts, preferably in the beauty or personal care sector, with Ulta experience being a must. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of experience in retention/lifecycle/CRM marketing
Senior Growth Marketing Specialist (On-Site)
4+ years of experience in DTC (Beauty/Skincare preferred), strong analytical background, and proficiency in Shopify, Meta, and Google Ads
Product Developer (On-Site)
Bachelor's degree in materials, operations, engineering, economics, art, design, creative or any related field, 5+ years of professional experience in beauty products, experience managing cross-functional projects and thrives within a team environment
