We are looking for a Vice President of Product Development to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our brand's product portfolios, driving growth and innovation in the beauty consumer goods industry.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management, development, or operational leadership experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, product management, business, or a related field
- MBA is highly preferred
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Strong project management capabilities
- Experience navigating regulatory environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
