Job Description
We are seeking a Product Developer to manage the end-to-end development of high-performance products for the Integra brands, translating customer trends into high-performing hair tools and overseeing contract manufacturing partnerships.
Requirements
- Merge knowledge of customer trends and state of the art technologies to create meaningful and high-performing products
- Drive all stages of product & packaging development, from design, development and testing to launch readiness
- Test and scrutinize development samples and prototypes for design, quality and performance
- Identify and manage contract manufacturing partners to ensure products meet or exceed performance and cost expectations
- Implement and manage product changes as needed
- Manage compliance-related document audit process and provide compliance training and communication to the company
