Job Description
Senior Growth Marketing Specialist role involves analyzing Shopify bounce rates and conversion rates, building and launching daily campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, and running weekly A/B tests on ad copy and landing page offers. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in DTC (Beauty/Skincare preferred) and is proficient in Shopify, Meta, and Google Ads.
Requirements
- 4+ years in DTC (Beauty/Skincare preferred)
- Deep proficiency in Shopify, Meta, and Google Ads
- Strong analytical background (Excel/Google Sheets is a must)
- Experience with Shopify apps (Upsells, Subscriptions, Reviews)
- Background in scaling small budgets into larger spend tiers
- Ability to edit simple video/static assets for quick-turnaround testing
- Experience working with creative teams to produce on-brand PDP assets
