Requirements
- Leading the end-to-end administration, design, and support of Workday with a focus on Compensation, Payroll, and Time Tracking Functional Areas
- Leading Workday projects including configuration of business processes, testing, troubleshooting, and execution of new functionality and enhancements
- Providing overall project management for HR technology projects, implementations, designs, and deployments
- Developing and maintaining internal clients and external vendor relationships
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting complex issues across multiple platforms with knowledge of downstream impacts of functionality
- Supporting case management and resolution on day-to-day tasks
- Identifying and communicating new capabilities within the Compensation, Payroll, and Time Tracking functional areas
