Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Associate Technical Account Manager to join our Technical Customer Operations Team in Milan. You will act as the main technical point of contact, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions. You will work closely with all departments to provide in-depth updates and insights on clients from a technology perspective.
Requirements
- 2+ years working in a technical account/relationship management/client-facing role
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and data analysis, with proven experience applying these skills to troubleshoot, optimise and drive performance insights
- Hands-on experience working with ad serving tags, including implementation, troubleshooting, and validation across different environments and browsers
- Proven experience working with APIs and SDKs
- Critical thinking and analytical problem-solver with structured reasoning
- Proven experience working with 3rd party advertising technology companies
- Experience working with publishers and publisher ad servers
- Knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, programmatic advertising, its players, and how it all works
- Strong communication skills; written, verbal and listening skills
- Fluent English and Italian is required
