Senior Associate Technical Account Manager

Integral Ad Science (IAS) is seeking a Senior Associate, Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join their Technical Customer Operations Team in Taiwan. The successful candidate will act as the main technical point of contact for clients, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions. The role involves working closely with various departments to provide insights and updates on clients from a technology perspective.

Requirements

• Acting as the main technical point of contact, addressing internal or external questions and issues
• Troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions, and escalating to tier 2 support when necessary
• Providing in-depth updates and insights on clients from a technology perspective
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure client success
