Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry. We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Technical Customer Operations team.
Requirements
- Acting as the main technical point of contact, you will address any internal or external questions and issues that arise from our integrated clients (including end-users of the platforms), or escalate appropriately when necessary.
- On a daily basis, you should be able to quickly troubleshoot any technical issues, pinpoint the problem, and provide a solution, and escalate to tier 2 support and/or product teams only when necessary.
- Internally, you will also be relied upon heavily by all departments to provide in-depth updates and insights on the clients from a technology perspective, working closely with all departments such as Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Pricing, Technical Support, etc.
