We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Technical Customer Operations Team. As the main technical point of contact, you will address any internal or external questions and issues that arise from our integrated clients, or escalate appropriately when necessary. You will also provide High Touch consultative technical services and solutions to our most premium clients.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years working in a technical account/relationship management/client-facing role
- Proficiency in JS, SQL, HTML, and data analysis
- Previous experience with web traffic analysis tools and ad serving tags
- Previous experience working with APIs and SDKs
- Critical thinking skills and a solutions-oriented mind-set
- Experience working with 3rd party advertising technology companies
- Experience working with publishers and publisher ad servers
- Knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, its players, and how it all works
- Strong communication skills; written, verbal and listening skills
- Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple competing priorities
- Fluency in English is essential, professional level Swedish is highly desirable
