Commercial Project Manager

The Commercial Project Manager will coordinate activities, resources, labor, equipment and information for all projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and developing and managing project schedules. They will communicate with various roles within the industry and lead a team effort.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project administration
• Proficient in full Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and Project
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with various roles within the industry
• Understanding of low voltage systems and standards, and the construction industry
• Understanding of continuous process improvement and lean principles
• Ability to plan and organize a team effort, multitask, and re-prioritize as issues arise
• Good client management and goodwill building ability
• Capacity to motivate, lead, and boost morale of the teams
• Able to accept responsibility and learn from mistakes
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
• Capacity to handle pressure and thrive from it
• Willingness to travel to project sites when needed
• Strong focus on quality and team mentality
