Job Description
Join IHCS as a Customer Service Representative and handle outbound telephonic calls to ensure positive patient experiences. Handle patient information, troubleshoot equipment, and provide delivery information.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service support experience with the healthcare industry, Home Health Services preferred
- Excel Knowledge
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Bilingual Spanish required
