Join IHCS as a Referral Coordinator to handle the intake process of healthcare services, provide exceptional customer service, and work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care to patients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of intake referrals experience within Home Health
- Effective verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Certification a plus
