Job Description
We are seeking a Systems Engineer to deliver and support managed IT services across cloud and infrastructure environments. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining system performance, supporting projects, and resolving technical issues while ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
Requirements
- Deliver and manage services across Azure, Microsoft 365, servers, endpoints, VMware, and backup platforms
- Support infrastructure and cloud projects such as Azure migrations and Microsoft 365 deployments
- Act as a Level 2/3 escalation point for technical issues and service requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across cloud and on-premise environments
- Maintain system health, security, and performance across customer environments
- Assist in onboarding new clients using standardized processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and technical recommendations
