Job Description
IT360, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our growing team. This strategic, client-facing role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting our customers' IT environments.
Requirements
- Provide advanced IT support for Microsoft business applications and virtual environments
- Design, implement, and maintain solutions using Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Office 365, Azure, and related tools
- Support and manage disaster recovery and business continuity solutions
- Maintain and troubleshoot WAN/LAN connectivity, firewalls, routers, and remote access
- Document systems and provide technical consulting, reviews, and recommendations
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress, planned maintenance, and service incidents
