Job Description
We're seeking a Business Development Team Lead to drive sales performance in the electromechanical repair, power management, and renewable energy sectors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of our customers.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or customer-facing commercial roles
- Understanding of industrial equipment such as electric motors, generators, switchgear, transformers, or related service offerings (repair, testing, predictive maintenance, field service)
- Working knowledge of reliability concepts (uptime, maintenance strategies, asset management, energy efficiency)
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and build relationships with customers in manufacturing, utilities, transportation, or renewable sectors
- Strong coaching and development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
