Job Description
The Account Payable Clerk is responsible for the efficient and rigorous processing of transactions related to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely payments, and maintaining good relations with supplier partners.
Requirements
- Relevant education in accounting or equivalent
- Relevant experience in accounting (payables, receivables, reconciliations)
- Good mastery of Excel and Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of an accounting/ERP software (Oracle NetSuite, an asset)
- Rigor, attention to detail, and good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and respect deadlines
